When you buy an investment property with Vestr, we project manage the entire experience. From our first chat about your investment needs, right through to your tenant collecting the keys to move in on settlement day – we’re with you all the way.
No-fee for our service
Our service comes at no cost to you, as we receive a fee from the builder of whichever property you purchase upon settlement.
Time is money and our project management of your purchase and/or build saves you both. We minimise the time you need to put into the process, while ensuring your dollars go into your property.
Understand
Getting to know you is number one.
Understanding your ‘why’ for purchasing an investment property is the most important part of our process.
We take the time to talk with you about where you’re at now and where you want to be in five, 10 or 20 years from now. Knowing this helps us tailor a property investment strategy specific to your needs.
Search
We search in places you might not.
Once we know more about your search criteria – your preferred locations, budget, timings, etc., we combine those details with our intimate knowledge of the current Australian property market, and our daily experience in helping our clients purchase investment properties.
The result is a concise selection of property options suited to your needs.

Every client we work with gets a formal, written proposal with property recommendations that align with their search criteria.

We’ll make the paperwork easy.
Once you’ve decided which property you’re purchasing, we’ll step you through the documentation to secure it.
To do this, we’ll work directly with you and your financial and legal advisors to ensure the right paperwork is completed at the right time.
Invest
We’ll get the job done.
Once you’ve signed the contracts, we’ll project manage the property valuation, progress payments, building inspection on completion and connect you with a reputable Property Manager for securing tenants ahead of your property settling.
